How Long after ordering will I receive my product?
✅ Orders are typically shipped within 3 days of placing the order.
✅ Once shipped, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
Note: Shipping rates are based on weight and may vary depending on the product.
I've not received my delivery - what do I do?
If this happens, your item is likely still in transit or being held at customs for clearance (for our international customers). Please get in touch with us at support@amentee.com, and we will trace your package.
You can also contact the courier using the tracking number provided with your order, and they will be able to locate your package.
Remember, you have a 30-day Return Guarantee, so there is nothing to worry about. We will do everything in our power to get your package delivered to the address you provided.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please email us at support@amentee.com, and we'll do our best to assist you based on the stage of your order. We can't cancel or change any fulfilled orders. Since all our orders are printed on demand, please double-check your order before placing it.

We currently ship within the USA and Canada, but we have plans to expand our shipping capabilities to worldwide destinations.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by clicking the My Account link. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped. For more assistance, contact us at support@amentee.com, and we'll take care of you.
How do I know if my order was processed and/or shipped?
Upon completion of your order/checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with Allegedtee.com, you can log in to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at support@amentee.com. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.
